The study investigates the learning experiences and practices of teachers and students in higher education institutions in Pakistan through Artificial Intelligence (AI). Employing qualitative research method, the study utilizes narrative and phenomenological designs to collect study data from various sources, including interviews and documents. Initial data collection involves 20 participants through semi-structured interviews, while 50 documents such as reports, AI blogs, and research articles, reports are later analyzed.
